Dip a weighted lambswool applicator into the finish puddled on the bottom until it is totally wet. Repeat  as many times as necessary to obtain a finish that’s satisfactorily smooth, even plus free of bumps. Don’t screen the last coat. 

Buff the final coat of finish together with a buffing machine fitted along with a lambswool buffer. Then wax the floor plus buff once more, if desired
